Custom eLearning Modules

Built in Articulate Rise or Storyline. Real, self-paced online courses — not the kind where you click “next” fifteen times without reading anything. Good for onboarding, compliance, or anything you need delivered consistently across a bunch of people, shifts, or locations. If you’ve got an LMS, these are built to work with it; if you don’t, we’ll figure out the simplest way to get them in front of your team.

Training & How-To Videos

Sometimes explaining a process in writing is like explaining a dance move over the phone — technically possible, extremely painful. Short videos let people watch the thing get done, pause it, and try it themselves, instead of squinting at step 7 of a printed instruction sheet.

Job Aids & Quick-Reference Tools

The stuff that lives taped to a monitor, clipped to a lanyard, or propped up at the front desk — because nobody’s opening a 40-page manual mid-shift to remember one step. If it’s not fast to find, it’s not going to get used.

SOPs & Process Documentation

Written so a brand-new hire and your most senior staff member are working from the exact same playbook — not “the version Denise remembers” and “the version that’s technically in the binder somewhere.” Clear enough that people actually read it, instead of nodding and doing it their own way anyway.
